Schools are great place to get the knowledge but schools are not solution of every problem. In today’s world practical skill is crucial for every person but it does not teach in school because schools focus higher on theatrical knowledge. Practical skills help to improve the living standard of person. So many people have knowledge but they don’t have any practical skill, therefore they are not capable to earn good amount of money. Apart from this, lots of kids do not have proper resources for study to develop their skills, hence they are lacking behind in some sections.  We noticed that gap, and take initiative to fill this gap. We are empowering youth to develop their skill. This is not only beneficial for youth but also for nation because youth is future of country. We want to make our country powerful and skillful.

Employment is quite big problem in India, this is not only the problem of  employees, in reality, employers are also encountering the problem of skilled workers because in India skilled workers are very less so companies are not able to do effective work. Hence we take initiative vanish the problem of employees and employer so we trying to create a bridge between employees and employer. This will help to people to attain better job as a result they can live their life better and they can earn handsome money with the help of learned skills.
